We have had the good fortune of knowing the vets and staff at Rice Village Animal Hospital for three years since we moved to Houston. They have cared for our dogs and have always been extremely courteous and helpful. Today, when we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog of 12 years, I got a flat tire on the way to the clinic. The staff called our roadside assistance and had help on the way, without my even having to ask. They were extraordinarily kind throughout the whole heartbreaking process today, and even let me hold our beloved dog while she died. While we waited for the car to be repaired, they brought us Halloween candy and sprite, and let me go on about how wonderful our dog was. I will always be grateful for the care and compassion they showed our family today.
